Our Investigator

Todd Soard offers 30 years experience as a Private Investigator and 35 years in Emergency Medical Services and medical care. Todd has a BS degree in Criminal Justice with a focus in Forensics, a Master Degree in Education and a Ph.D. in Public Health.

He is a recognized expert witness in specific medical cases involving the EMS field and has lived in Florida since 1978. Todd holds a Security Officer License and Security Officer Instructor License.

Todd is a Board Certified Private Investigator in Florida; one of the highest accomplishments a PI can obtain.
