Coral Springs Investigations is a Florida licensed private investigative firm providing services including but not limited to:

• Background checks and criminal history searches
• Surveillance investigations
• Corporate and personal security consulting
• Fraud prevention and investigation
• Skip tracing and asset searches
• Expert witness services in EMS-related legal matters
• International surveillance and asset protection

All services are subject to a separate written engagement agreement between CSI and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform services or creates an attorney-client or investigator-client relationship until a formal engagement agreement is executed.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Request investigative services for any purpose that violates federal, state, or local law, including the Florida Private Investigative, Recovery & Security Services Act (Chapter 493, Florida Statutes).
• Use information obtained through our services to harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm any individual.
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, or the purpose for which you are requesting services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Formal investigative services require a signed engagement agreement and, where applicable, a retainer fee. Specific terms regarding fees, scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be set forth in the engagement agreement.

CSI reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion, including engagements that appear to involve unlawful purposes or that conflict with our professional or ethical obligations.

CSI maintains strict confidentiality with respect to all client information and case details. Likewise, clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any investigative reports, findings, or methodologies disclosed by CSI. Investigative reports are provided solely for the client's lawful use and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties without CSI's prior written consent, except as required by law or court order.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Coral Springs Investigations or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CSI in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coral Springs Investigations and its officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.
